Team & roles
Bring the whole studio in — without handing out the keys to everything.
Invite teammates by email, give each the role that fits, and let the work — and the payables — spread across the team. Solo is a one-person shop; Studio opens the doors to as many seats as you need.
Everything inside
Every facet, function & convenience.
Invite by email
Send an invitation to any address and they join the workspace through a secure link — no shared logins, no inventing a password on someone else's behalf.
Owner, admin & member roles
Owners run the workspace, admins manage the work, members do it — each role sees and changes exactly what it should, no more.
Seats that match your plan
Solo is a single seat by design; Studio is unlimited. Both filled seats and still-pending invites count toward the limit, so the math is always honest.
Pending invites, managed
See who hasn't accepted yet and resend or revoke from the same screen — invitations don't go to die in a spam folder.
Role-gated actions
The invite form and revoke buttons disable for non-owners — permissions the backend enforces, mirrored in the UI so nobody's caught by surprise.
Team-payable expenses
Assign an expense to a teammate to settle through the portal — reimbursements and shared costs without a side spreadsheet.
Invitations, not credentials
Add a teammate by email and they get a secure link to join — Fee-Lion never asks you to share a login or make up a password for someone else. Pending invites stay visible, resendable, and revocable from one screen, so onboarding never leaves a loose end.
Three roles, drawn cleanly
Owner, admin, member — each with its own reach. Owners hold the workspace, admins run the work, members do it, and the line is enforced on both the server and the screen. Access never rides on the honor system.
Seats that count honestly
Solo is one seat on purpose; Studio lifts the cap entirely. Both occupied seats and outstanding invitations count toward the limit — invite past it and Fee-Lion points you to Studio instead of quietly overbooking your plan.
Work, and its bills, shared
A team doesn't just split the projects — it splits the payables. Expenses can be assigned to teammates to settle through the portal, so shared costs and reimbursements live in the same ledger as everything else, not in a spreadsheet nobody updates.
