Cash-Flow Forecast
See the money coming in, week by week, before it lands.
A forecast built from what is already in Fee-Lion: open invoices, payment schedules, auto-pay, bank payments clearing, recurring invoices, retainers, approved work you haven't invoiced yet and your weighted pipeline. A card on the dashboard, a 30, 60 or 90-day report, and a list of what could slip.

Everything inside
Every facet, function & convenience.
Dashboard card
Expected in, money out, net and weighted pipeline for the next 30 days, with weekly bars and the top risk underneath.
30, 60 or 90 days
Reports → Cash Forecast lays the period out week by week, money in above the line and money out below it.
Confirmed, likely, pipeline
Auto-pay and clearing bank payments count as confirmed; invoices, schedules, recurring work and retainers as likely; open estimates as pipeline.
Every source, toggleable
Switch any source off (recurring invoices, retainers, the pipeline) and the totals and bars recalculate on the spot.
Instalments on their own dates
Scheduled invoices are forecast instalment by instalment, not as one lump on the final due date.
Late money, discounted
Overdue balances land in this week, discounted by how late they already are.
Approved, not invoiced
Approved estimates nobody has billed yet: any deposit still owed now, the rest on your terms or the estimate's schedule. Counted once.
Weighted pipeline
Open estimates multiplied by your real win rate, drawn as a lighter band so hope never reads as cash.
Money out too
Unpaid expenses and bills by due date plus recurring expenses, so the net is honest.

What's at risk
Invoices 30+ days overdue, clients who keep paying late, and instalments due soon with no auto-pay, with Send reminder and Record payment right there.
Read-only for accountants
Your accountant sees the forecast; only the team gets the action buttons.

Next 30 days, on the dashboard
The forecast card sits on the dashboard with what is expected in, what is going out, the net and the weighted pipeline, plus weekly bars for the quarter. The first thing at risk is listed underneath with a Send reminder button.

A quarter, one week per bar
Pick 30, 60 or 90 days. Confirmed and likely money stacks above the line, the weighted pipeline is a lighter hatched band on top, and money out hangs below. Turn sources on and off to see how much of the quarter depends on recurring work or on quotes you haven't won yet.

The short list of what could slip
Fee-Lion flags invoices more than 30 days overdue, clients with a habit of paying late, and instalments due in the next two weeks that aren't on auto-pay. Send the reminder or record the payment from the same row.
Questions
The short answers.
Where do the numbers come from?
From records already in Fee-Lion: open invoices, payment schedules, auto-pay, bank payments still clearing, recurring invoices, retainers, approved estimates and open estimates. Nothing is typed in by hand, and nothing is counted twice.
Does it connect to my bank account?
No. It forecasts from your invoices, estimates and expenses in Fee-Lion. It is a view of what your clients owe you and when, not a bank feed.
How is the pipeline weighted?
Open estimates are multiplied by your workspace's win rate. Until you have five decided estimates, Fee-Lion uses 40%.
Can I leave out money out?
Yes. "Include money out" is a toggle, and every source of money in can be switched off on its own.

Name your workspace, add a client, send the estimate. We'll handle the part where it turns into money.
