Do I need a website?
No. Every form has its own hosted page you can share as a link. If you do have a website, you can embed the form there as well.
What happens when someone submits?
Fee-Lion matches or creates the client, stores the request in your Requests inbox, emails owners and admins, and can send the person an automatic reply.
Can a request become an estimate automatically?
Yes. Turn on the draft-estimate switch and each request drafts an estimate using the matching line from your price book.
Can people attach photos?
Yes. Add a photo or PDF upload question; files up to 5 MB are accepted.
