Estimate Options
Good, better, best. Let the client pick, and watch the total move.
Offer two or three packages and a few optional add-ons on one estimate. The client chooses in the portal, the total updates as they click, and the approved selection is what gets invoiced.

Everything inside
Every facet, function & convenience.
Good / Better / Best packages
Pin lines to two or three packages. The client picks one; only that package counts.
Optional add-ons
Mark any task or unit line optional, ticked or unticked by default, so upsells sit right on the quote.
Live totals in the portal
Every choice recalculates the subtotal, tax, discounts and deposit while the client is looking.
Selection locks on approval
When the client approves, their choices are locked in. The lines they skipped stay on file, marked out.
Bill only what was chosen
Converting to an invoice, or to project goals, carries only the chosen package and add-ons.
Clear on the printout
The printable estimate tags optional and package lines and shows the package cards.
Works with deposits
The deposit is worked out from the chosen lines, so a bigger package asks for a bigger deposit.
Pairs with e-signature
Turn on signed approval and the client signs for the exact selection they made.

Three ways to say yes
A single number invites a yes or a no. Three packages invite a choice. Put a standard, an upgraded and a premium option side by side and let the client pick the one that fits their budget, without a round of revised quotes.

Add-ons that sell themselves
A maintenance plan, a surge protector, an extended warranty: list them as optional lines and the client ticks what they want. The total updates on the spot, so the upsell never feels like a surprise.

What they picked is what you bill
Approval locks the selection. Convert to an invoice and only the chosen package and add-ons come across, with the skipped lines kept on file for reference.
Questions
The short answers.
How many packages can one estimate have?
Two or three. Lines that are not pinned to a package are included whichever package the client picks.
Can an add-on be pre-selected?
Yes. Each optional line can start ticked or unticked; the client can change it before approving.
What happens to the lines they did not choose?
They stay on the estimate, marked as not chosen, but they are left off the totals, the deposit and the invoice.
Can the client change their mind after approving?
The selection locks on approval. If they want something different, edit the estimate and send it again.
