How do I invoice recurring cleaning clients?
Most cleaning businesses bill a flat monthly amount for weekly or biweekly service, or bill after each visit. Monthly auto-pay is the least work: in Fee-Lion it's a recurring invoice charged to the card the client saved. To bill per visit, set the recurring invoice to weekly or every 2 weeks to match the schedule.
How much should I charge for a move-out clean?
In many US markets a move-out or deep clean for an average 3 bed / 2 bath home runs somewhere around $300 to $600, with add-ons (inside oven, fridge, cabinets, windows) priced separately. Price by size and condition, and itemize the add-ons so the customer chooses them up front.
What should be on a cleaning service invoice?
Your business name and contact details, the client, the service date or billing period, what was done (standard clean, deep clean, add-ons), the price per item, any supplies charges, the total, payment terms, and how to pay. A Pay button helps more than anything else on it.
