Estimates Reporting

The approval-rate report

How often do your quotes turn into work? The approval-rate card answers that with a number instead of a hunch, so pricing decisions stop being a feeling.

Find the card

  1. Open Reports → Ops.
  2. Find the approval rate card.

How the rate is calculated

Your approval rate is the share of decided estimates that came back yes:

  • Approved (including those that were deposited) counts as a win.
  • Denied counts as a loss.
  • The rate is approved divided by all decided — that is, approved plus denied.

Estimates still awaiting a decision aren’t counted either way, so the rate reflects only quotes your clients actually ruled on.

Per-client breakdown

The card includes a per-client table, so you can see where you win consistently and where you keep losing — useful for spotting which clients your pricing fits.

The default window

The card shows the last 90 days by default, giving you a recent, relevant read rather than a lifetime average.

Tip: A near-perfect approval rate can mean you’re pricing too low. Read it alongside the per-client table to find room to raise your numbers.
